At 13webclick, we are committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with the agreed-upon Scope of Work (SOW). While we always strive to meet or exceed your expectations, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. In such cases, our team will first make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before initiating a refund. In some instances, we may also offer to fix the problem as an alternative.
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if the following conditions are met:
A refund request is submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
The purchased plugin or service did not function for your business or required complex setup after proper testing.
You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team and allowed them to assist you.
If a refund is approved, you must agree to stop using the product, deactivate, and uninstall the plugin or service from your website.
Upon refund, any granted license must be considered revoked.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
If the project is cancelled after the work has already commenced.
If the Scope of Work is modified by the client, and the client does not agree to pay for the additional efforts required.
If the entire service has been delivered as per the agreement.
Full Refund:
A full refund may be granted if the project has not yet begun or no documentation or deliverables have been initiated. Once the initial payment is received, the refund process may take up to 45 days to complete.
Partial Refund:
If there is a failure to deliver the service according to the signed Scope of Work, and only a portion of the work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work done.
No Refund:
No refund will be issued once the work has been fully completed and delivered.
