Refund Policy
At 13webclick, we are committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with the agreed-upon Scope of Work (SOW). While we always strive to meet or exceed your expectations, we understand there may be situations where a refund is necessary. In such cases, our team will first make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before initiating a refund. In some instances, we may also offer to fix the problem as an alternative.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if the following conditions are met:

Types of Refunds
Full Refund: A full refund may be granted if the project has not yet begun or no documentation or deliverables have been initiated. Once the initial payment is received, the refund process may take up to 45 days to complete.
Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver the service according to the signed Scope of Work, and only a portion of the work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work done.
No Refund: No refund will be issued once the work has been fully completed and delivered.
